Employment Opportunity - Domestic Violence Department Case Manager

Under the general direction of the Domestic Violence Department Director, the Domestic Violence Case Manager is responsible for effectuating Consent Civil Protection Orders, reviewing attorney ex parte filings, providing newly filed ex parte and final orders to juvenile court and assisting with the daily functions of the Domestic Violence Department.  The Case Manager has frequent contact with the public and magistrates.

Domestic Violence Department Specialist

Under the general direction of the Director of the Domestic Violence Department, the Domestic Violence Specialist works with the DV Deputy Director to provide procedural instruction and assistance to the public on how to file a Domstic Violence Ex Parte CPO.  The Domestic Violence Specialist has frequent contact with magistrates and the public.

Under the general direction of the Help Center Manager, the Specialist is responsible for
providing assistance to all who visit the Help Center in compliance with the Help Center’s
policies and procedures designed to make justice accessible to all by helping individuals
navigate the court process.
