CLEVELAND - Domestic Relations Court has been selected to take part in a project with the Supreme Court of Ohio, in partnership with the National Center for State Courts, to help courts make improvements in how court services are delivered. Pilot sites will distribute surveys to court users who have attended court proceedings or used help centers and dispute resolution services, to gather information on how court interactions are experienced. The survey will also be available on the court website. A particular emphasis of the pilot is to learn about views of access and fairness when court is held remotely. The survey is available in English and Spanish. All responses are confidential.
For more information about the pilot, contact Serpil Ergun, Executive Director of Judicial Operations, firstname.lastname@example.org.
