The Domestic Relations Court Welcomes Two New DV Magistrates

The Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court is delighted to announce that we have two new Domestic Violence Magistrates who joined our Court on Monday, October 15, 2018.

Charmine Dose comes to us from the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.  Magistrate Dose's employment history includes many years of combined experience as a magistrate, prosecutor, staff attorney and a solo practitioner. In these roles, she has experience in mediation, negotiations, state audits and litigation. In addition to her Juris Doctorate Degree, Magistrate Dose also has a Master's in Public Administration.

Yosef (Joe) Hochheiser comes to us from the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. Magistrate Hochheiser has years of experience as a Prosecutor and Trial Attorney. Magistrate Hochheiser also has experience as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) for the United States Air Force. As a member of this elite group of law professionals, Magistrate Hochheiser provided a full range of legal services to the US Air Force. As a prosecutor and trial attorney, he has experience with negotiations, trial preparation and mediation.
