Announcement Proposed Amendments Local Rule 26 The Domestic Relations Division of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas is requesting comments regarding proposed Local Rule 26 (Domestic Violence).
The proposed comprehensive rule clarifies procedures and all aspects related to filing for domestic violence and dating violence civil protection orders, and modifying, terminating, renewing, enforcing, and appealing such orders. The rule comports with R.C. 3113.31, Civ.R. 65.1, and the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio..
