Notice of Mandatory E-Filing

5/27/2020

ANNOUNCEMENT

As of July 1, 2020, all documents filed in the Domestic Relations Court must be e-filed.

Administrative Judge Leslie Ann Celebrezze issued an administrative order on May 27 that requires paperwork in all case types except domestic violence cases to be electronically filed.   As of August 1, 2020, the Clerk of Courts will no longer accept paper filings.  The only exception to the requirement is for self-represented parties who may choose to file in electronic or paper form.

The Court adopted optional e-filing in April 2017.
