Marie Hartmann
Magistrate Marie Hartmann works the Support Docket of the Domestic Relations Court, hearing cases involving the establishment of paternity and child support, support (child and spousal) modification and the enforcement of support orders. She brings to her position a wealth of experience from prior positions as an Assistant County Prosecutor for Cuyahoga County where she worked in the Support Enforcement (IV-D) unit, and a Law Clerk for Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judges Thomas Pokorny and Paul Matia.
Magistrate Hartmann earned a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University, and graduated from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1986. She is a trained mediator. She is a founding member of the Ohio Association of Court Magistrates, and a member of The Center fro Principled Advocacy and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
