Annulment
A legal annulment is an alternative to divorce in very limited circumstances. The procedure is similar to a divorce. A Defendant may or may not contest a Complaint for annulment. To qualify for an annulment a party must have “grounds” and must file the Complaint within the time periods prescribed by
Ohio Revised Code §3105.32
